ANALYSIS OF THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION OF PERSONNEL IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

Abstract. This article discusses the issues related to the training and certification of employees of organizations supervised by The Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision. Some inconsistencies are identified based on the analysis of regulatory documents of Rostekhnadzor which define the procedure and requirements for certification of specialists in the field of industrial safety. Proposals to change the procedure and requirements for certification of experts of organizations supervised by Rostechnadzor are formulated on the basis of the analysis based on identified inconsistencies.
