THE METHOD OF AN ASSESSMENT OF INSTANTANEOUS ANGULAR VELOCITY OF ROTATION OF A POWER SHAFT OF THE TNVD TEST BENCH OF DIESELS

Abstract. It is noted that besides the main error of values of angular speed of rotation of a power shaft the additional error caused by change of the total moment of resistance, pressure of fuel caused by sharp increase at the time of forcing and injection to the measuring canal of the stand takes place. The working area of values of this error, owing to the small period of action, remains the account a bench frequency meter. The developed measuring system allows to make an assessment of the current angular speed of rotation of a power shaft as within one running cycle, and its unevenness in consecutive running cycles. It gives the chance of optimization of a design of the stand for the purpose of increase of its accuracy, purpose of correction coefficients at TNVD adjustment, and also the analysis of separate details and knots of the examinee of the pump for the weekend parameters of all product.
