THE DETERMINATION OF THE DEPTH OF PENETRATION OF WELDING OF THE STEEL SHEETS THICKNESS OF 6 MM TRUNCATED-DELTA METHOD

Abstract. Method of estimation of constructive height of lack of fusion defects in the weld root. This methodology can be implemented using standard non-destructive testing equipment and requires no additional cost to the solution of such tasks. The proposed method is based on assessment of diffracted on top of lack of fusion defects waves taken direct converter.
