THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SIGNAL ACCUMULATION METHOD IN MOBILE ULTRASONIC RAIL FLAW DETECTION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of determining the real signal among the noises in ultrasonic flaw detection of rails. The method of signal accumulation is considered as one of the ways to improve the quality of flaw display. The result of the application of the accumulation method in continuous ultrasonic non-destructive testing of rails by mobile units of control is shown.
