Lyamkin A. I., Khunuzidi E. I. Abstract. This scientific article examines the methodology for using monitoring reports to analyze the efficiency of a quality management system (QMS). The focus is on methods for collecting and analyzing data necessary to evaluate the functioning of the QMS, as well as ways to interpret the results obtained. The authors describe in detail the algorithm for preparing and using monitoring reports, suggest approaches to assessing the efficiency of the QMS, and provide recommendations for improving it based on the data obtained. Particular attention is paid to the issues of statistical significance of the results and methods for their analysis. Comparison of planned and actual indicators for identifying deviations and areas for improvement in the QMS is quite necessary for business processes analysis. The detailed analysis of the factors influencing the accuracy and reliability of these indicators are presented. The article also discusses examples of successful practical application of the proposed methodology, which confirms its efficiency and practical significance. The work will be useful for quality professionals, analysts, and anyone interested in applying statistical methods for quality management. The methods and tools for tracking and analyzing these indicators, as well as their role in assessing and improving the effectiveness of the QMS are also described in the article.
