The paper presents the development of a competitive high-tech digital hardware and software complex for piezotechnical production facilities and laboratories, providing control of electrical parameters of quartz resonators and frequency-setting components ‒ piezoelectric elements included in their composition. To solve this problem, methods of mathematical and physical modeling, circuit design and theoretical mechanics methods were used. To compare the developed hardware and software complexes LF400 and LF1 with production equipment of Soviet and foreign manufacture, measurements of electrical parameters of quartz resonators were carried out on the developed and similar equipment. Two lots of resonators, 20 pieces each, were selected. Piezoelectric resonators RK319 were measured on the LF400 setup and the Transat SCN-6000 network analyzer. Low-frequency quartz resonators RK46 were measured using the TGK-2 generator and the LF1 setup. The developed software and hardware systems allow solving problems of determining the parameters of quartz resonators and ensuring high quality of manufactured piezoelectric products.
