QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE PARAMETERS OF WORKING RADIATION BEAMS OF VARIOUS DESIGNED DEEP COLLIMATION SYSTEMS BY THE SIGNAL/NOISE FACTOR

Abstract. The paper considers the issues of assessing the quality of the radiographic control method based on the current regulations of the geometry of control, taking into account the specifics of precision coordination of working radiation beams in conditions of constructive constraint and the formation of various designs of deep collimation systems of portable means of radiographic control (IBS) of the gate type with radiators based on radionuclide 192Ir, generating streams of ionizing radiation by focal spots of radiating work surfaces the “bottom”and “side” of the cylindrical capsule of the radiator.
