OPTIMIZATION OF JIDOKA AND ANDON SYSTEMS INTERACTION IN DIGITAL MANUFACTURING

Abstract. The study investigates the issue of functional duplication between Jidoka and Andon systems in digital manufacturing environments. The methodology incorporates correlation and regression analysis of data from a real-world machine-building enterprise. The results reveal a high correlation coefficient and propose a strategy to optimize system interaction without compromising quality control reliabilityleads to an increase in the degree of filling of the capsules with an ionizing substance.
