Abstract. The paper substantiates the need to transition to a cyber-physical quality management system for industrial enterprises, in which quality management is implemented not through subsequent monitoring and corrective actions, but directly during technological operations through continuous data exchange between physical objects and their digital models. Based on an analysis of modern digital tools (CAD/CAE/CAM, PLM, MES, ERP, CAQ, SCADA, and IoT), the digital and physical components of a cyber-physical quality management system are identified and systematized. It is shown that the primary digital model of a product is generated in CAD/CAE/CAM systems and managed by PLM. A digital twin of equipment can be recreated using a SCADA hardware and software system, IoT technologies, and an MES system, with MES playing a key role in linking equipment status parameters with the operation being performed and quality requirements. The digital twin of processes is recreated using PLM, MES, ERP, and CAQ systems.Examples of the practical implementation of the proposed approach at PJSC UEC-Kuznetsov and JSC RCC Progress using domestic solutions (KOMPAS-3D, LOTSMAN:PLM, SCADA systems, and a software developer integration bus) are provided. It has been confirmed that the implementation of the described components reduces geometric deviations by 24.8 – 30.1 % and decreases nonconformance diagnostic time by approximately 40 %. The study's results can be used in the design of cyber-physical quality management systems at industrial enterprises, as well as in the selection of hardware and software platforms for their implementation.
